Consulting on Making Feasibility Study Report EU Pharmaceutical Factory GMP
This is the first important implementation step for a project to renovate or invest in a new construction of a pharmaceutical factory in compliance with EU principles and high standards, PIC/S GMP, JAPAN GMP.
This work means:
• Synthesize and systematize all needs and requirements of the project
• Master plan of premises and main explanation of technology - engineering
• Establish a total investment cost estimate
• Investment analysis and implementation progress
• Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness and feasibility of the project
In order for the feasibility study report to be effective, we recommend that the Client/ Investor choose the model of Domestic Consultant (Chairman) in combination with foreign consultants.
Accordingly, domestic consulting firms assume the leading role in the project, having a good understanding of the market and local regulations. As a result, the Investor has a comprehensive view of the feasibility, cost estimation as well as the progress of the project to make the right decision for the investment and construction of a high standard factory. In addition, foreign consulting companies deploy conceptual ground design, preliminary list of equipment according to EU GMP standards.
