GMPc Vietnam Joint Stock Company is a leading investment and management consultant for pharmaceutical, cosmetic, and functional food factories in Vietnam. We are looking for experienced candidates for the GMP Consultant position to support our high-standard projects (WHO GMP, EU-GMP, etc.).
I. JOB DESCRIPTION

Project Consulting: Provide comprehensive consulting services for the establishment of manufacturing plants according to GMP standards (WHO, EU, cGMP, etc.).

Technical Documentation: Draft and review Quality Management System (QMS) documents, including Site Master Files (SMF), Validation Master Plans (VMP), and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Training & Coaching: Organize and conduct training sessions on GMP principles and related GP standards (GLP, GSP, GDP, GACP) for clients.

Design & Technology Review: Collaborate with the design team to ensure production flows, cleanroom zoning, and equipment selection comply with international regulatory requirements.

Mock Audit & Inspection Support: Conduct gap assessments and mock audits to prepare clients for official inspections by regulatory authorities (DAV, EMA, etc.).

Quality Risk Management: Apply ICH Q9 and Q10 guidelines to assess and mitigate quality risks during project implementation.
II. JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Chemistry, or Chemical Engineering.

Experience: At least 02 years of experience in quality assurance (QA), production management, or quality control (QC) within pharmaceutical factories. Experience in EU-GMP or PIC/S GMP projects is highly preferred.

Language: Proficiency in English (reading and translating technical documents, EMA guidelines, and international pharmacopeias).

Knowledge: Deep understanding of GMP standards and Vietnamese pharmaceutical regulations.

Skills: Strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and under high pressure.
